You know things gets real when Carol denies George Clooney in the comic strip. Carol has stated previously how her weight gain has always been a struggle to control and maintain. At the age of 17 Carol’s mom placed her in a weight watchers class. She didn’t stick with it, and you could imagine why. Being enrolled in a weight watchers class at that age can be embarrassing and degrading.
However times have changed and Carol was finally getting her weight issue under control, and nothing was stopping her, including George Clooney. If George Clooney came to her house with a bag of McDonalds and a drink from StarBucks she would shut him down and his offer of food - nothing was stopping Carol Lay and her dieting rampage.
